Vote (and Column)
I should have an actual update tomorrow, but for now I just wanted to let you know that tonight at midnight is the deadline to register to vote in Illinois. You can register online at Rock the Vote. This brings to an end my Public Service Announcement for the day.
My latest column is in the Herald News today. The headline? Not mine, but "it is what it is."

Oh yes, I know about Carnival Foods and have referred to it from time to time. However, I have not had a meal there yet. Perhaps soon, but I will NEVER eat a corn dog.
I so want to eat at Carnival Foods (Ok, not really). But I wonder if they have lemon shake-ups. Speaking of corn dogs, my sister was really disappointed (no, really!) because they took mini corn dogs off the list of appetizers at O'Sullivan's. I, on the other hand, rejoiced. Why does your tag board always obscure the first post on the page? It's pissing me off.
