Smell of Wine and Cheap Perfume

As most of you know, my favorite band is Journey. My favorite song of all time is "Don't Stop Believin'." However, I am a Cubs fan, but I have chosen to root for the Sox right now because of their theme song is the aforementioned classic song. Note: the song is also my ringtone, but I picked that way before any of the baseball shenanigans. Anyway, check out this hilarious tribute to Journey.

Oh, it's by far my favorite 80's video. The keyboard on the wall, angry Steve Perry, the fact that it takes place in the back of Menard's. . .sheer magic.

The only 8 tracks I remember having at my house were the ones for the 2XL robot (coolest toy ever) and a Ray Stevens 8 track with "Guitarzan."

I used to have lots of 8 tracks, mostly Rush, Yes, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin. I'll bet if I rummaged through my mom's house in j town I could find them.

I was going to mention the Journey-Sox connection last week. I guess some of the players were singing it on the plane.

Too bad Steve Perry is no longer in the band.

I just saw the "Separate Ways" video a couple weeks ago. I heart VH1 Classic. I love SP and his awesome, awesome tight jeans.
